Last day of 2011 mostly swam in a lazy circle around my family’s house and involved a lot of Ammie running, dancing, riding her bike and of course eating ice cream. Best. 

07.7.2011 Hospitality with Anthony and Andrea I went to school with this guy many a year ago (like, twelve or something. Holy crap), and now we each live in Melbourne. He and his ultra lovely wife invited me over for dinner and I met and fell in love with their amazingly floppy and joyful pup Mac (as well as their living room which was, I think, a home design shoot waiting to happen). The blessing of people with whom you are immediately comfortable and obviously and practically cared for is just.. it’s so important and wonderful.
